I don't have knowledge on this, but do not know any MI member that has a calendar for 2010 either.

the Int'l Secretary Ellen Wells said on 12/31 that she was informed the calendars have shipped and should be arriving to all active members shortly.
like anything that ships bulk, it takes a little time.

Muskies Inc has it's own website and forum. if you're a member, that's a good place to check for information about the calendars, commemorative lures, etc.

Got mine a few minutes ago as well. Mikie is in the collage in the front.
I took the back photo of my brother on LOTW last year. Cool to see that there.

I Don't believe M.I. is sending them out free anymore. You must purchase them now. The price was around $11 or $12.

That is good if true. I thought they were a waste of money for the club.

if i recall correctly, i believe they are sent out to all members, along with a request to pay for it and a solicitation for additional contributions.

i'm pretty sure that the calendar has been one of the International's largest fund-raisers for a long time now, so it's actually a money-maker and hardly a waste...

Wasn't in my mailbox yet today. I think it took 1 extra day to get to Michigan last year as well.

They're still free. You can pay for extra ones. I'm not sure how often MI's membership roster is updated, so some who join after a certain date may not get one, or at least not until later on. It is the largest fundraiser for MI, and has always been successful. I think it's a pretty good calendar as well, with c&r info and lots of good features other than just the calendar itself.

Nope. Not unless they made substantial changes to it.
But I am glad it makes money for us.

yeah, i hate how they keep putting Independence Day on July 4th. if Muskies Inc moved it to the end of the month i'd be much more likely to pay for the calendar.

Mickey has the background/large photo for February. Nice picture that I think I also used in the magazine. Hope the suspense isn't too much for her.

Here is Mickey's Feb photo, along with Three other women with impressive fish. I beleive Ambers ( lower left) was the largest caught by a women, 56+ inches. Congradulations to all the women.

Firstsixfeet,
Perhaps you'd consider passing your copy of the calender on to a kid or potential new member. It apparently doesn't do much for you but would in this case make a better recruitment tool than a resource for a current member. This would certainly be a better use for this particular calendar.
