One of my goals for next year is to fish with more gliders. I think I would use weighted baits more becuause they are more versatile/can be fished deeper. How many guys are weighing theirs and what is the best weight system for plastic jerkbaits?

You don't need to add any weight to gliders as they are already properly weighted to get the desired action. I would go with Wabulls as they can be fished with very constant side-to-side action or very erratically depending on the cadence of the rod.
