| Nice to see ya grabbing life by the kahunnas! Life will be stressful for the next few months but you are going to be glad you did it! I had my first son, moved to Madison and bought a house all within 2 months....I feel your pain!
Best of luck! Looks like we will need to hook up now on the Pete a couple times!

| Just what they need up there. Another vertically challenged MF'er![;)] Right Mark H?[]
I say this while turning green with envy.[:)] Jason, I wish you luck. We're gonna miss you down here on the Pee hole.[:knockout:] I bet GregM would move your boat for you![]
Tight Lines, and good luck in your new venture.

| Need someone to take care of your boat for a while? It will just be in the way during your move.
Tell you what I'll do....
You drop it off here in Iron Mountain this weekend, and I'll bring it to you at Cass Lake in September. Just in case you have a chance to fish between now and then, you can take my Old Town canoe for the rest of the summer. It's got paddles and everything.
Just glad I can help. |

|
| Jason, this will make it tough to fish pewaukee during the week. I don't think you will be able to swing it.[;)] Yea, you will be hitting the chip river flowages during the week. Sucks to be you, NOT! Good luck.[:)] |

|
| Looking at many home right now. I have found some only two blks away from the Wissota boat landing..
Yes it will be rough, but I will survive.[] |
|
| |
|
| Jason, why are you moving to the Chippewa Valley? Just curious and welcome to our community,Paul |
|
| |
|
| Yea I know Shep....now I gotta keep a phone book in the boat for him to sit on so he can see over the sides....[]
Actually I'm very happy for him and Connie and will have a blast showing them the area and introducing them to others. No doubt we are gonna stick some "ski's" together in the coming years....
Rumor has it he has already contacted the DNR about stocking Wissota with Salmon..[:sun:] [:p]

| Paul,
I am moving to find a smaller area to raise my kids and get them closer to both sides the family. My parents/brothers in MN would be 1.5hrs away and my wifes parents/family would only be only 1hr away.
I am able to keep my same job I have right now here in Milwaukee and work out of home connected on the PC so why not![;)]
Also the muskies are bigger![;)] [] |
|
| |
|
| I would disagree on the muskies being bigger!
And how about the Salmon?? Maybe you could find a trout stream up there? |
|
| |
|
| Jason,
Glad to hear you are moving up this way. You will have to attend the First Wisconsin Chapter MI meetings (you spoke at one last winter) and get to know some of us. I live on Wissota and would be happy to show you around, although I doubt you will be short on invitations up here. Maybe you can figure this #!%#^ lake out. Fishing has been tough since the hot weather hit but generally improves again in September.

| Bill, please. Jason is going to look funny as hell wading a trout stream holding that trolling board with all those rods in it. It should get him into shape though![;)] |
|
| |
|
| Did the storms over there get you today, Jason? I was watching the Weather Channel, looked pretty rough.
Cancelled our plans to head up fishing, Brian's wife, Sarah, lost her Grandfather unexpectedly. He was 87.[:blackeye:] |

|
| Sounds like august will be nuts for you, GOOD LUCK, you will need it. You better get those new snow tires before winter.
