I just wanted to unfog the clout that Wisconsin, particularly Vilas county, is lacking in big fish. This past weekend we rose 28 fish and caught four. The biggest being an awesome 52 1/8" monster that went 36lbs. 6oz.[], and several others sighted over four feet. These fish were not on water like the Twins or LVD, just regular old Vilas county lakes. The trick to it guys is don't beat the weeds to death. Get out over that deep water and you will see results, I promise[:)]

Thanks again Chuck for an unforgettable day!

Congratulations on a VERY good fish!!! I spent yesterday with Steve and Brian on Pelican. We worked from 10 to 30 feet, but no takers.

Way to go on a true trophy release!!!!!
