How do I reset my unit? If I remember ,hold a couple buttons at the same time and it just reboots itself. I had to do it once before ,but forgot how. The problem is that when I press menu, and then menu again the the pop-up box just goes away. While it is supposed to bring me to the main menu. Thanks for any help in advance.

press and hold in for approx 10-15 seconds the zoom in, zoom out and enter buttons.

Go into menu > menu and look for RESET OPTIONS.
Or....
If it is a soft / warm boot, then it is the pages and power button together

The hard boot is the Zin and Zout buttons together with the power, this will wipe out all waypoints and data.
This is the last resort boot because of what it does.
