I was wondering if anyone out there had any thoughts on this reel. I am looking for one to throw smaller baits and I own other pfluger reels and I love them thought maby give them a try. Want an abu but can't really find one I 100% love....

Thanks

Jacob

I have used these reels for many years. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I haven't had any problems with them. I even use them for pulling double tens every now and then. I do put an Abu power handle on all of mine.

i have 2 of these. I started out muskie fishing with them. I have a Trion 66 and a Gander model 56. Both have worked pretty well to be quite honest. today i use them as backups because I don't feel they have the strength to pull large baits. I found i was working much harder using them then i do with my SC AC300 reels. But overall they have lasted a few years for me. My 66 is finally letting go a little bit after countless hours of fishing. Worth the money if you are on a budget and i feel they are better than Abu's. (again, IMO)
