| I recently got a real "horseshoe" for my boat. A luck thing that hopefully should work, but did not in my Canada trip. I dont want to have it surgically implanted up my you know what, but I do put it in my back pocket.
But what is the old wives tale, should the shoe be UP or DOWN? |

| Jason, the opening must always point up or all the luck will fall out. I think we may be reaching on the latest tactic however, but if it works for ya stick with it. |

| They do work, keep it upright, In April my mother gave me a horsehoe with my name on it, she had been keeping it since I was 10 when she purchased it for me in Tennesse. It's now earned a permient spot on my boat's dash. It's been working for me on this run of luck I have been having.
Now when people tell me I have a horseshoe up my a.. I tell them no it's on my dash.
