| Has anyone been out there lately? And did they open up the ramp. I am going to try it Thursday July 5th. have to give the rest of weekend a rest do to a wedding I have to attend, but going to LOW a week from Friday. |

The public ramp is open. I haven't been on Silver yet this year so I can't give you much insight. Don't forget to make a couple of casts for suspended fish off of the steep breaks. The bigger fish like to hang there. Early moring topwater bite is generally pretty good. Don't forget about the no wake hours from 7 pm to 10am.

| I heard it is open but not finished. Be careful of the submerged rip-rap. Some good comments about fishing above, especially about the suspended fish. |
