I put two full days of effort in bucktail fishing and didn't get a thing. Decided to bass fish awhile with a skitter pop and did pretty well.
Anbody getting anything out there.

I fished it Saturday morning for about 4 hours and didn't even have a follow. I thought I was in the metro for how many musky boats were out there. By 6:15 a.m. most of the good spots had somebody fishing muskies on them. It's unfortunate that a lake that size gets as much pressure as it does.

To avoid pressure on this lake is easy. Fish it Sun night through Thursday and there is usually no more than 1-2 boats musky fishing. It is usually only heavily pressure on weekends/holidays.

The clear water in 26 makes it a tough lake to fish. We usually have no problem moving fish but it's extremely tough to get them to eat.
