Dont think its a Mason. They are made localy and I have quite a few, none of them have hook hangers on them.

It looks like a Canadian wiggler to me.... I believe herters made them if I am not mistaken....
Canadian Wigglers are made by Lindquist Bros. and are a hollow all brass lure that looks something like a J-Plug. They are made about 6 miles from my house and I used to do some of their airbrushing for them years back. To me it looks like a prototype or first run Producer made by Net Result Tackle in Ohio. It's probably somebodies basement bait and not an actual company.

I had trouble "losing" posts thats why it went up a 2nd time. |

I had trouble "losing" posts thats why it went up a 2nd time.
Must have been one of his early ones. I have 6 or 7 and they are all wired through.
