I have a 16ft smokercraft that needs all the carpeting replaced. I am wondering if any of you guys have completed a project like this before and can offer some good advice. I am sure this will be quite the weekend task.

Thanks in advance.

Hopefully, cross posting my recarpet thread from Bass Boat Central is acceptable here. I did a detailed writeup on what I did.

It's really pretty easy, but time consuming to remove the old glue.

Please read through the thread, as I added a lot more detail as to what glue, where to get carpet, how much carpet to buy, how much glue, etc. thoughout the thread.
