Looks good to me - I would be curious to how much vibration it gives off.

I say it is to small, to light weight and the "blades" on the front need to be way bigger. Not over the top big, but at least 9-11 inches long and the prop arms need to be bigger

I would love to see it in the water too. Not being able to look at the bait in person, it is hard to see how big or how much rattle it has. Interesting and cool bait none the less. If I could make one change as I see it, perhaps making the fins a different color to contrast the spinning body.

Make it a little longer and bigger blades on the front. If you can, have the front prop spinner made from metal but keep those BBs in it. Very nice effect! I bet if you pull it fast enough its a nice topwater too. Sub or surface bait!

Sorry for the late replys my post got moved I thought it was deleted but the Spinner is a lure I manufacture and own the US utility Patent on and sell in the saltwater market mainly for kings wahoo and dolphin this one is something I am making for a friend but it has a ton of vibrations there are 15 balls bouncing around inside it like a popcorn machine it is loud we keep a live bait in the prop wash and troll just in idle and with 3 motors 225 yammys you can hear it rattling and that consistent noise and vibrations drive the bait crazy keeping it active the Turbo Rattler has won many many King Mackerel tournaments including the last FLW kingfish pro championship but back to this bait I was thinking of adding another skirt and a 4/0 hook I dont musky fish thats why I am asking you for your advise I want send him a good one thanks for the advise I will use it I cant put any blades in front of the rattler they would not let it spin and thats how it does its job the wings cant be any bigger with out mold changes but they dont need to be they are just right it spinns fast enough any faster the balls would be trapped to the side here is a better pic of the Turbo Rattler
