| You mean the entire BB came off? If so, use a block of wood or similar on top of the BB and tap on the wood until the BB is fully seated. Make sure you have the BB lined up nice and straight before you start tapping it back on.
Before you put it back on wipe out any grease by the nut and inside of the BB. Once you put it back on, regrease it. |

I'm sorry but I'm not sure what you're talking about. This is the only Bearing Buddy I'm familiar with.

| Ifishskis, I think he's just talking about the rubber end cap on bearing buddies. Sounds like you have a little too much grease in there if the cap will not go back on. Also clean the inside of the cap good and the outside of the bearing buddy to get the two to "stick" together. When you press it back on push in the middle to try and get the extra air out so it will seat a little farther on. If it still will not stay on the rubber may be starting to get a little old and dry, then you'll just have to buy a new set of rubber caps. They're pretty cheap. |

| Those black covers are marketed as "Bearing Buddy Bras". It's just a matter of flexing the bra to let the air escape when you're sliding it back on.
If the bra is too big, clean the BB with alchohol and put a couple of layers of electrical or duct tape around the BB to build up the diameter. |
