Location: Southwest PA | Your pretty much at the mercy of the person inspecting your bag. I've been lucky so far. I have brought a few lures home from the Chicago show 3 or 4 times and haven't been bothered. The last time the guy actually opened my bag and pulled out a couple of Mag Dawgs and got on his 2 way radio to his supervisor, before the supervisor responded another inspector came over and told him it was ok, it was just fishing stuff.
I have no idea what the supervisor would have said, and I'm glad I didn't need to find out.
