Location: Selkirk, Manitoba | My friends to the north and west of Sab are doing well. Wish I could get out. I think you are going to do well once you sort out a pattern, as they are biting with the unsettled weather.

| Was there the first 3 days. Did pretty well. Biggest 49. Decent weeds coming and despite high water some are nearing the surface. (A mixed blessing-when the water drops someplaces may become a nearly unfishable mat of weeds)
Heard of 3-4 50s caught in the area. As suspected fish scattered. |

Location: Milwaukee, WI | Just got up here and fished a couple of hours. Tried what usually are weedy/cabbage bays 5-8’ of water. No real large spots of cabbage and mostly pads emerging and pencil reeds. Going to try rocky shorelines with points and beaches. Even though beaches are not visible. May try to find some cabbage as well. Lots of emerging pads but no pike or musky present at least tonight. Any thoughts on locations ?? Areas? Pm is cool. I’ll be up all week.
