Ok, i have been trying to contact an okuma associate for 4 days. I've tried e-mails and multiple calls and still no one has gotten back to me. Its starting to get very frustrating and I was wondering if anyone who has been experiencing problems with the induron not disengaging on the cast was able to contact the company.

Posts: 299 Location: Ontario, California | Some of the customer service guys took a long weekend (and we were off on Friday). Shoot me a PM with your name and phone number and I will have one of them call you Monday morning. There is a part in your reel that needs to be replaced. We will either send it to you free of charge or you can send it to us to install. There were a couple production lots that had the disengaging problem. Unfortunately there are still some out there that need the part that will fix that. Mark Rogers Okuma

Posts: 41 Location: Oregon, IL | Great customer service from Okuma. Sent California Muskie a PM about a problem I was having with my Induron, he gave me a number to call. I called that number they asked me a few questions and told me to mail it out, I got the reel back in less than 2 weeks only costing me $5 to ship it out to them. Back with 2 weeks to spare before Lake Vermilion.
