Hey, just wondering if anyone knows any of the results from today's WMT event on LVD? We fished it two and a half days before the tourney and I got one 35", and my partner had two follows. Seemed like the fishing was just off. Looking forward to hearing the results.
Thanks, Jake Bucki

Jake,
two fish registered a 45 and a 43 1/4 caught at I believe 2:05 and 11:44 respectively. Times might be a little off but should be close. Reports of several short fish caught with 5-6 over 34"
Two follows for us and a couple hammer handles
Cheers Clay

Thanks Clay, any ideas what the fish were caught on? Depths? We fished shallow, mid-weeds, deep weed-edges and contacted fish in each of the three with different baits...couldn't get a pattern going at all. Thanks again for the update.

Jake,

This early in the season, there might not be a pattern........ It's just run and gun !!!!!

That's typical LVD for this time of year. A very tough bite for sure! Fished all day Friday and not even a sniff. Talked to a crappie fisherman today and he seen 3 dandies this morning in 8 inches of water. Hmmmmm I never gave 8" of water a shot. Might have been a pattern there!
