Not too much help here but fished there for the first time on Friday April 17th. We didn't have any action. Launched at Vadalia and fished the skin creek and little skin creek branches of the lake. Water clarity was poor/muddy the further you went back... clarity was better in the main lake. Water temps were up to 58. They should be done spawning now so I hope you nail one! Report back here if you do.
Good luck

Like I said i only fished it once. I don't know if it has good numbers but I have seen a few pics of some 50's caught there. I was surprised at how much of it is no wake but that sure is better for the anglers. we were there on a Friday and lot's of boats out pre fishing for a bass tourney. Good luck out there.
