| After a morning that included oral surgery,my 7 year old and myself headed out this evening to the local Lake X and caught a lot of gills(BAITFISH).He had 27 and I had 21 all in @ 45 mins. Also 1 bass about he size of a fathead. |

| Little sponge is becoming a 'gil master himself but prefers the "king carp" as he calls them. Those daggone bluegills sure do taste good though + are hard to beat. After a trip to the dentist I bet the fishing trip sure helped ease the pain![:sun:] |

| Nothing better than starting a kid on gills. Shoot, I still enjoy them myself. Easy to catch, the kid can get one right after the other, and thrill to having brought home a decent dinner. Panfried in a little butter, tastes fantastic. (no, I wasn't gonna say tastes almost as good as muskie). m [] |

| Lake X strikes again![]
Do you really think you need to hide your favorite blue gill lake on a Muskie board?[:knockout:] |
|

|
| It's not that I'm hiding it.It just a little pond with no name.So why not Lake X.[] |

|
| Spongey, I'm w/ Little Sponge those Carp can be brawlers - no better way for a youngster to learn to fight a big fish !! [] Want a fight- try a +40lb Carp. [:0] [:0]

| Jeff, how much does oral surgury cost. So that's what they call it now days.[;)] Nothing wrong with a little quality time with the kids. Before you know it they will be chucking 10" lures beside you. [] |
