Same as Sloan and Cisco, assuming open water. It's an annual tradition!

Cap'n Koepp, his son, and I will be on Pewaukee for the opener and the next day fishing the Chapter something or other. Trying to bring the traveling trophy back to Milwaukee. It's going to pain me not to be on Okauchee or Oconomowoc, but I'll make due. Should be an absolute BLAST. Hopefully we can coax a fish or 8 into the net too.

Trout for me. I can't give up my trout fishing opening weekend, muskies bite well all summer long.

Trout bite well all summer long too if you are talking about streams. If it's spring ponds we're talking about, then that's a different story. I share this sentiment. I love muskie fishing but I love trout fishing quite a bit more. I have more money invested into muskies than I do into my trout stuff so I have to justify it more by chasing muskies.

Pelican for walleye, cribbage, and beverages. I kind of ease into the fishing season with a relaxing weekend.

no weekend involving Norm and beverages can be called "relaxing"!

Me and the Tuff Daddy are going to see what damage we can do to the Quad County boys. This is my first time in over ten years I will be fishing without my brother. New tradition starting with the Muskies, Inc. Milwaukee Chapter vs Quad County fun Tournament.

Looking forward to seeing what me and Joel can stick in a day and a half on Pewaukee. Maybe Okauchee Sunday afternoon to finish off a muskie filled weekend.

You ready for this Joel?

WOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooo

I'm ready Cap'n. It's going to be a goooood time. Hopefully we can help our chapter kick some butt in the Quad. I'm liking the afternoon Okauchee idea.

Still debating! But it looks like I'll be hitting the WI river stretch from Stevens Point to Wisconsin Rapids.

Stayin' home this year. Smallies for fun. Pike and Eyes for the frying pan. Have to play a gig that weekend as well, not sure if we're playing Fri. or Sat. night, need to check the schedule.

Any suggestions for northern folks looking for the closest thing south of Hwy 10? Petenwell looks to be the closest other than the WI river system.

It's pewaukee for me again for the Southern WI opener.

It's a little secret in McNaughton area just north of Rhinelander for the Northern WI opener, as well as Boom Lake/WI River.

To Antioch Illinois to fish the PMTT on the Fox Chain. After that its Madison here I come. Try to leave a few in there for me without sore jaws and bad memories.
