| I also use one and really is a joy to fish with, very light in weight and has a nice low profile. I use it for casting my midsize baits . Seems to hold up great and has a nice smooth drag system...... Mjr |

| I use to have a couple Cabos...nice reels...great for jerkbaits, have a fast retrieve at 5.7 to 1 so they pick up line fast...mine never had issues..my only gripe w/ the reel is the bait clicker switch is on the left side where you palm the reel and mine kept getting turned on when casting....I just put a piece of tape over it to solve that...nice reels though |

I also experienced this problem because the switch is easily engaged when palming the reel. The tape may help, but if you don't palm the reel, you'll never experience the problem. It was otherwise an excellent and reliable reel. |

Location: deephaven mn | I have been using these reels for 3 years now i like them alot. great for jerk bait rod but also use them for topwaters and even double 10's when speed is not an issue. the 5:7 is kind of a tweener. great reel for the price. |
