I have a 9.9 tiller for a kicker and was wondering if it is possible to modify that to have the controls at the console. I have a conector bar for the steering but would be nice to be able to control the speed while at the console as well.

If the motor is an electric start there should be no problem setting it up with controls and cables. Not cheap, though...

It is a pull start. Has forward / reverse lever and the twist throttle is on the tiller handle. I'm guessing this is standard set up for a tiller motor. Any options for this set up.

Take a look at the Troll Master. Like Sworrall said, it's not cheap but works well from my experience.
