Subject: Lowrance Warranty

I think the new GPS/Sonar unit I bought last summer is fried.

I cannot get it to turn on and my wiring in the boat seems fine.

I just looked on the website and couldn't find contact info. (Maybe I am blind.)

Regardless, does anyone have the warranty contact info Lowarance or can lead me in the right direction.

I want to make sure to get the unit in before the 1 year warranty is up.

Thanks - Midge Ball Cap

Be prepared to wait on the phone for at least a half hour.

Thanks Plunker, it's nice to know that now.

I gave up after 10 minutes yesterday!

You may also want to try going back to where you bought it.

Do you have the inline fuse that was suppose to be put in between the positive lead and then connected to the power source?

If you did not put this inline fuse in, and the unit is fried, warranty will not cover this. I would double check your power source again, make sure that fuse isn't blown. Your suppose to put that fuse in place just in case something does blow, that way it doesn't fry the unit, it'll just blow the fuse.
