| Very interesting. I like the team tournament concept. That allows more people to fish at a reduced price that might bring more guys into the tournament who wouldn't fish it otherwise.
The live-bait talk is good to hear too. I really don't remember the last time that I used live bait to catch walleyes. I've always found jigs and whatever for a trailer will produce as well and sometimes better than live bait. Minnow baits and crankbaits will catch fish year-round as well. Besides, God makes night-crawlers, leeches and minnows, and He isn't sponsoring anyone or throwing money in the kitty.
Besides team tournaments, I would love to see multi-species tournaments. Have a weekend tourney where you fish bass one day and walleyes the other.
