Was wondering if I could do this at a low cost. I have a tracker targa 16ft. Buying a different boat is not a option at this time. Not much to these consoles. Maybe could even make the left side and buy windshield.

seems pretty easy to me... most expensive part would be the windshield itself, and you can probably order the passenger console from tracker/ bass pro. youd just have to build something to similar to mount it on
