Kinda bored here tonight....looking through the release log for this year, I always know how many I've caught, but never the average. Averaged up my fish from this year, I'm just a shade UNDER 31". What is yours? AND, for a better measurement (taking into account Trophy vs. Action waters) to the best of your ability, what is your fish(MI points will do)/hour ratio?

Easily over 34 inch average. Until the years Muskie 1st Match Fishing Challunge I have never counted the ones that were below 34". I will get back to you on an average length on those fish thatI have counted. Do you have a certain min. size that you log or do you count all Muskies boated, log them and then take your average from there? I have never kept track of the smaller fish. Makes more sense to do it that way though. The more records and events to draw from the better the overall data for patterns etc. I think that I will do that this year.

I ended up last year with a 38.5" average. I nailed a 51" plus a couple in the mid 40's that helped to bump up the average. I never looked at the yearly average before. Kind of a neat thing to do.

Looking over my logs for the last two years I would say the average is 36 inches with the largest just under 48 inches and the smallest about 18 inches

So far this year, it is a 34.5" average with 10 fish. More smaller ones than usual, but I'm not complaining about seeing good recruitment.

This years average so far is 33.83. Averaging a fish every 13 hours right now. Been seeing a lot of smaller fish around this year, looks good for the future. Typically I will end the year with an average around 37.

Slamr, my avg sucks so far this year at 0 and also my hours per fish is 0 but wait till you ask me in a month. [:p]

My avg the last 2 years was around 42.

It is going to hurt when I am going to miss fishing next week du to the ripped muscles and legaments in my left forearm. [:blackeye:] believe it or not I did it putting on my shoes this morning. [:((]
I better be able to cast on the 7-10 Can-Am weekend.

Life just sucks this year so far. Just had another CT scan on Tuesday, I may find out yet about my diagnostic maybe before the 14th our opener.

This year 4 fish 32 inches average, having a hard time sticking fish over 40 inches seems like Murphy's Law comes into effect everytime I get a bigger fish on. I hope I have this cured by the time I go to Lake of Woods in July. Good Fishing, Al[:sun:]
