Question 1. what size trolling motor do i need?
Question 2. How big is the gas tank?
and any other info, tips, comments or reomendations are wanted.
Thanks, Brandon

At least 70lb trolling motor, but preferably the 80lb. I have an 80lb on a 16 footer.....To much power is never a problem, whereas too little can be a pain in the.........

I have a 92 Tuffy Esox Mag and I would highly recommend at least a 70lb thrust trolling motor, if not more. You never know when you will need/want it. I believe my gas tank is either 18 or 20 gallons. If it doesn't already have one, get a keel guard

I have a 89 rampage 16 foot tiller with a 43 lb troller. There are times I would like a little more power but not to the point I am willing to buy another. As suggested, larger is better.
