| Does anyone care to share a report on water temps on some of the larger lakes in the Boulder/Presque Isle area? |

| i was on Oxbow last Saturday and it was 55-57 degrees, and just starting to turn, with blips showing up on the radar in deeper sections but the water itself still pretty clean.
on Sunday we hit a smaller lake near Boulder that was 53-54 and right in the middle of turning over with lots of floating gunk.
i can't speak to the bigger, deeper lakes, but i'd assume they're behind the smaller shallow lakes.

Location: Des Moines IA | So I would guess most of the lakes should be post turnover by the time we get up there for the outing? I sure hope so.

Location: Medford, WI | I will be up there this weekend and probably checking out a few lakes. I will report any turnover conditions I find as well as water temps, clarity, and hopefully a fishing report.

| Hit Crab this weekend and managed two fish. I caught my smallest muskie ever on Saturday a 18" that hit a phantom over shallow weeds and on Sunday managed a personal best Tiger at 42". The first and only Tiger I have ever seen in that lake which was cool since the pike population is extremely low. Never did soak any suckers over the weekend since the water was 57 degrees and on the rise due to the 70 degree air temps.

I was out on Thousand Island this weekend. 57 degrees. Not turned. Other smaller lakes varied from 53 to 55. Had action in lakes with 54 and 54 temps. |
