Is there a video or book out there showing how to tie muskie bucktails?

best thing to do is take a flytying 101 class. once you get tie your materials on your coil or hook it's just a matter of getting it on the wire the way you want it.

There used to be a show on Public Television that featured fly tying, and though I had been making jigs and bucktails for many years before I started watching, I learned a great deal from watching someone else's style.
Google it, and I'm sure that you will find something.
