| Fishing a lake in the process of turning -- it's now thick, green pea soup. Is it even worth fishing and if so, what to do? Bright colors, big blades is my guess.

Location: Dixon, IL | I would fish other lake or river! All waters don't do all at the same time....some earlier while other is later! Bigger lake is later while smaller lake is earlier! Better to have seveal lakes in your mind before you go out to fish! If I have to fish this lake...might use bright color like firetiger or hot orange. I also would use quick-rig sucker! |

Location: Waukesha & Land O Lakes, WI | Find a body of water that has rivers flowing in and/or flowing out. Fish those areas hard. If not, find shallow green cabbage and hit that hard. Rip Grinders or Slop Masters. Pump some Suick's as well, great time of year for them.
