Posts: 1764 Location: Ogden, Ut | My boys, Nik and Dane both achieved new PBs today. Nik by having his best day by numbers with 3 fish, and Dane got a 35" fish beating his old mark of 31". Now granted, these fish are probably not all that noteworthy in and of themselves, but to me and my boys they are quite special. We had a pretty great day on the water in my estimation. Not bad for a 7 and a 4 year-old...  S. | Way to go for your sons. NICE JOB!! Wish my son would enjoy fish'n for Tigers. He just doesn't like fish'n for them as he wants a fish on his hook each time it goes in the water. Also as Sorno indicated we're one of the avid Tiger Musky anglers out here in the great state of Utah...we've found (by no means are we pro's) Tiger fish'n in Utah is different and we use smaller lures along with different presentation techniques compared to what many anglers in MN, WI, IL, OH, KY Canada ETC may use or do. But yes in Utah, Tiger Muskies will go after a variety of spoons with more catch success than one would think and these spoons are not huge but have successfully got to our boat some "monster" Pineview tigers. Again not to steal Sorno thread...hats off to you and your boys...maybe if we have grandkids we'll be able to get them hooked (pun intended) on fish'n for the inland body of water fish that rules the fish food chain as all other fish are just bait. WAY TO GO NIK and DANE take those awesome pictures to the school for your show-n-tell is what I say!!!! | |||

| Sorno and boys -- Great job!! Looks like we need to get some MuskieFIRST gear for those two new anglers. Can you let me know their sizes? My Dad taught me how to fish and attempted musky fishing with me, however, the last memory of that event was my lure sailing past the tip of his nose. OY. Have not hooked Steve yet, but there have been a few close calls. Looks like we need to seriously think about getting out there to fish!?!
