I have a new Lelure creeper that I am having trouble with. It doesn't seem to want to creep. It will either try to submerge or it will spin but it will not creep. Are there any adjestments that need to be done or can anyone give me some pointers on how to get it to work? I have not used a creeper before so I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

If you want to change the angle of the wings, bend the little tab near the joint where they're attached. Top view would make it look like this, but wider than the
bk and fwd slashes; \O/

If you want to change the pitch of the 'bloop-blooop', bend the whole wing top-fwd (side view would look like this --/-- ) Don't cup the wings or bend the shape of them, just turn the whole wings.

Reel it in at a slow to medium pace. Hope that makes sense, I just watched Jon Dettloff tune one of mine and that's what he showed me. Mine was tuned initially, but a fish thrashing bent it up.

try a 6" leader with no swivel, that may help.
