Offer a fairly light weight blended dacron fishing shirt in non deerfly colors, at a reasonaable price. Was looking at fishing long sleeved this year, sick of sun burns.

I know you don't want to have too many items, so my suggestion, dump the viser cap except in Women's colors, I mean, c'mon, who else would wear those anyway???

What material should the shirt be made of? Sue can literally have nearly anything made, we have an open source for clothing now.

There is also a nifty new item on the market called Sunscreen. No-Ad makes some good stuff and they go up to about SPF 900 +/- a few.

SPF 900 +
Lets see, that would equate to Wax ON, Wax OFF, lol. I glop it on every year but I am willing to do something else.

Material would have to be a porous, cotton, dacron blend so it wouldn't shrink, and basically cover you up but keep a lot of breathability in warm water. Vented shirts are really not that comfortable, and heavier shirts really aren't needed because you can always wear flannel or long sleeved tees in cool weather. Uniform type material is sturdy but it really doesn't breathe that well. It would need to be a hot weather shirt, and colors would be light, but not bright, oh yes and throw in some pink, for the metro-sexuals like Slamr. A picture of me on the pocket would be a nice touch, but...might impact sales negatively, so probably that would be where the logo went, and then you could put some product patch or patches on the shoulder/opposite chest/pocket to make it look official. They would probably give a good discount on product patches for ad purposes. Get your site sponsors to supply cheap patches, and pick up some common ones on the side.

I know I will be fishing a lot of days this fall in bright sun that will start out cool and get warm. Easy to wear a tee under for added warmth, or even a long sleeved tee in the am.

FSF, I wear Ex Officio shirts a LOT. They are either a nylon/nycott, and have yet to fail me. They have very good venting, and are more comfortable than any other I've tried. When you warm up, roll up the sleeves, and tab them.
You might take a look at them.
They aren't cheap shirts, but they are better than slopping on sunscreen, and you can adjust your temp with the shirt pretty well.

I had to look these up, but they fail one clothing standard I have set as I age, they aint cheap! Look like quality though and sound like they do what I want. With the price though, I would have to where the same shirt all week. Hmmm, it's musky fishing not dating, I might could do that!

Maybe I could ask for one for Christmas!

Yeah, but yoou've never worn a shirt that will wear as long, or as comfortable. THe best part, is that they don't "stink". I've got a few shirts that are close to ten years old, and they are like new. They don't tear, they don't smell, and best, they continue to block UV. I wouldn't be caught on a LONG day on the water without them, now.
