Location: Lino Lakes, MN | Hey guys, just wanted to check and see if anyone had any recent reports for either the Nestor Falls or Sabaskong area of LOTW?? We'll be heading up there Aug 16th through the 23rd so hopefully things have picked up a bit from what I heard earlier in the year. Now that I live in Colorado, this will be my one and only trip of the year so I'm hoping to make the best of it. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!!!

| I fished the Kenora area last week. There was no early morning bite at all. Cold nights with steam coming off the water early AM. Looked like fall. Fish started showing after 9:30 AM, with most being caught mid day or evening. 2 to 1 weeds over rocks. 25 fish caught for the week 19 over 40", 49 and 49.5 the largest. Lot's of figure 8 biters. |

| Had good action on Sabaskong last two weeks. Double 10's, top water were best. Fish are on the rocks. Seeing a lot, not hitting real good. Friend took a 53' last week. Not many fishermen. Good luck.
