Posts: 20281 Location: oswego, il | I bought a 7 day minnesota license last week and one for my grandfather. I always keep the old licenses from the year before it makes it much easier. Sure enough we get checked by the game warden late in the week. I handed them my license and my grandfather's license. His was ok, mine was expired. The place I bought them from issued me a 72 hour licence by mistake. I was lucky that this warden understood and gave me a warning ticket. I know the wardens that checked me last year would not have been so kind. It still stunk because I had to get off the water and buy a new license. The difference in price between the 72 and a week was only 5 bucks but I had to pony up for another 72 hour license.  | ||
