Location: Elk River, Minnesota | Hi everyone,
As part of an annual trip to Sabaskong Bay in July, the love of my life always finds pictures to take besides those of fish. Here are a couple of favorites...oh...and a couple of fish too... Good trip overall with 9 fish in the boat with only 3 of them under 40 inches. Dawn did really well on Northern Pike with the highlight being a nice 3 inch fish that hit a topwater at dusk.
I also should mention...the "lodge pet" wouldn't eat, but Dawn did have quite a few that really liked her topwater but wouldn't commit. She lost one around 40" off the back side that hit on an 8 at boat side.

| Steve,
It was really great meeting you and Dawn last week (and Brandy too). It was quite a week of fishing for our group too. Can't wait for next year.

| Great job, Steve! Sab Bay is a special place. Sounds like the fishing there was pretty good for everyone up there... Heard that all of LOTW is picking up too which is great to hear after a shaky, up-down start. Congrats again! |
