Has anybody got one of these or used one? Saw one at Gander Mtn while I was looking at MI Monster Mag rod and St Croix XXXH. The Fig Rig was slightly cheaper than the other two, but am not sure of the quality. Any feedback would be great. Ozz

I have been using the Fig Rig Jawbreaker Rod since the end of last season and love it. It is great for retrieving Double Cowgirls and casting big soft plastics.

I have the Jawbreaker and the XXX. I prefer the Jawbreaker for the handle length. It fits real nice alongside of your body not feeling too crowded. Great feeling rod for the bigger bait. It also throw normal size bucktails no with no problems. I would recommend it. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure you feel the fish before setting the hook on clearer lakes when fish are hitting softly. Handle the fish real well once hooked also. It drove a barb through the roof of the mouth on a Walleye earlier this year. Good rod and great warrenty on it also. Good luck fishing.

I like my Jawbreaker a lot. The longer handle lets you separate your hands a bit to give more leverage on the cast too. This rod is built like a tank. I have no "durability concerns" whatsoever.
