I trying to figure out what this lure is. it is signed i think it says brian shmidt hve
but unsure.

I believe that it is a Perka or Perkette, and Jim "Beaver " Slivinski is the maker.

It's definitely a perka, one of my favorite lures foresure!!!! Beaver on this board makes them.
