Anybody else use these baits...I got mine wet for the first time the other day and two casts later popped an healthy 48"er on it...finally got a big fish on a big bait...and it was my first fish on a weagle of any kind...anybody know where I can get another one...I checked Muskiemojo.com but they aren't listed and neither does Thorne's...any way great bait...

Baldy on this board makes them, PM him he might have some sitting around. After Lambeau's 54 the other day came on a 10 inch weagle, my guess is they will be hard to come by.

Was at Thorne's the other day and they had a few. Wish I would have bought them all now. Have a feeling Baldy is going to have a few orders for "the big 10 inch".

It is an awesome bait that moves a ton of water.

You can cast that lure a country mile too. Nice bomb cast lure into the wind even!

Perc, PM'd you.

The 10's have not been offered in any stores to this point, but Thornes does have a few...at least last I was there they did. Just not listed on the website.

I've got some painted and ready to ship right now also if anyone is interested. Just use the contact info Mike gave above. I prefer email if possible

Do the 10 inchers fit in smaller/single compartments of a lakewood?

They do if you hang it by the front hook with the head of the bait facing up.

I liked it a lot better a couple years ago when I was the only one throwing the 10"ers. I'm sure Baldy likes it a lot more this way!

They are a great bait, extremely easy to work, and moves a ton of water. One of my must have topwaters.

I have a couple too, and agree with Norm. I'm going to try to get one bit tonight; there's a big girl needing a good face slap on a little lake a few minutes from my house.

i had another big fish try and eat the 10" weagle last night...same spot as i released the big girl last Sunday.
swipe, miss, follow, grab, premature ehookulation by the fisherman...doh.
preserved in all its embarrassing glory on video for you to watch when i get home next week.
the 10" weagle gets their attention, that's for sure.

Hey,
I just bought a weagle from Rollie and Helen's . How do you work them compared to jackpots or doc's? I have heard you retrieve slower, but do you pop them a bit or is it more of a soft pull? I am anxious to enjoy the success I have heard others have with these lures! Thanks!
