Subject: Water Temps

Fished hard this weekend for 4 days probably put in close to 30 hours on the water. Moved 2 fish for the whole weekend. Water temp was 64.5 degrees. Last weekend in the same lake temp was 72 degrees and moved 6 fish in two days. Fished a varitey of baits cowgirls, bulldawgs, jakes, smaller mepps musky killers, and though a top raider for about 6 hours the night of the 4th. the pike this weekend seem more than willing enough to hit anything. I thought that i read on hear awhile ago that muskies really didn't move on DCG's good until the water temps was in the 70's. Just figured I'd put out my results and see if you experienced muskie fisherman had the same results or suggestions.

69-72 on Leech this past week. Lotsa northerns and big bass moving in the reeds. Walleyes on summer trolling pattern. Mayflies dying all over that lake.
