Posts: 294 Location: Bloomer, Wi | Finally after 15 days on the water (not consecutive) I finally landed one. This 43" on a homemade walk the dog. Also lost a 38 or so as it was entering the net it skyrocketed into the air hooking the bait to the side of the frabill and freeing itself. It was a sweet fight too, came all the way outta the water twice way out at the end of the cast. 70 degree water temps. Attachments ---------------- joes 43wtd.jpg (128KB - 82 downloads)

Posts: 294 Location: Bloomer, Wi | Im really not trying to promote myself either, just have worked very hard to put a fish in the boat. Its nerve racking when you have 3 or 4 follows a day but just cant convert them.

Posts: 350 Location: WESTERN WI | Nice fish! Was it early morning or late? Looks like steam is coming off the water in the background. Edited by Got Esox? 6/20/2008 11:01 PM

Posts: 294 Location: Bloomer, Wi | 5:30 am bout 15 mins after the sun came up. I was surprised at how good the picture came out it was just luck. I just set the camera there and set it for 2 shots and hoped for the best. I was by myself obviously.

Posts: 294 Location: Bloomer, Wi | The slump is definetly off my shoulders. Went out this morningbefore work first time out since I caught the 43 and landed this 41", then went out after work and landed this 34 1/2" and had about a 38-40" hit all on the topraider. 75 degree suface temps. Posts: 1936 Location: Eau Claire, WI | Nice Joe... Give me a call when you have time, and we'll try to set up an evening to go. I've not been out as much as previous years but I'm still trying to get out there once or twice a week. Keep stick'n em...

Posts: 294 Location: Bloomer, Wi | This makes 4 muskys in 3 consectutive times out but.... Is this a tiger I was pretty sure that it is but couldn't tell if the tail was rounded and I tried to count the pores on the bottom of the jaw when releasing it but it took off too fast. I am pretty sure it is but if it isn't it isnt that big of deal either. Any thoughts. Attachments ---------------- 32 tiger.jpg (109KB - 75 downloads)
