Per the Fox Waterway Agency. the upper/lower/ fox chain of lakes is closed.

Just went to the WGN Radio site and it does'nt look good for the Fox Chain of Lakes for quite awhile! The Lake County Emergency Services have said that they are looking at 2-3 weeks of closure on the Chain. For more info you can go to: www.wgnradio.com , and scroll down a little on the left.
