I'll be heading out to the chain this weekend. I have never been on this system before. I'm looking for launch information. What are the best launches, where are they located and is there a fee? Thanks in advance.

I'll probably start out on Waubesa.

one of the best is just south of Mcfarland, babcock park. Head south on 51 and after you cross the river it will be on your right hand side. Fee I think is three dollars. Lake farm is on the west side of the lake but harder to explain how to get there...

The Wingra landing is on the west end. Take Monroe St. to Knickerbocker. Keep in mind that no motors (gas or electric) are allowed on weekends.
