| Steve Worrall's river outside his house was at his door step two days ago...now after 20" of snow in Rhinelander the basement is full and suckers are swimming around in it. The local DNR cited Steve for trapping live bait off season without a license.
The warden issued the violation by boat and tied up next to Steve's Tuffy hitched on the clothsline outside his house. Steve at the time was on his roof tuning lures.[]
Sorry Steve I could not resist....Are your basement pumps running 24/7...?[:blackeye:] [:knockout:] |

| I got home from last week's Sales/MuskieFIRST roadtrip last night to find we have had no power since Saturday. Of course, the pumps were not running, and the water was trying to find a chink that it could knock loose!
My son ran the generator several times to pump out the sumps, but gave up after dark. The damage is very minimal, but a mess, anyway.
The only sucker in my basement was me... |

| OK, OK!! I had a follow, too. |

| I heard Steve caught two pairs of underwear throwing a creature.[;)] |

| He fills the basement with water every spring. My first boat was made out of Lego's. I used to float it around in the basement. It wasn't quite as nice as my Tuffy but it was a good way to practice being a captain.

| Take advantage of this opportunity Stever!!! If a basement floods here, we gather the family + do some spring cleaning! Out comes the soap...we bathe, wash clothes, run a hose out the window + wash the Hornet...in fact that is how many of us learned to swim...look at your own son; now a Captain because you took your time draining that lower level...lets just say when a good thing comes by, reach out + grab it![:sun:] |
