So I bought a few #10 blades at the Milwaukee show and have installed them on a couple of Rad Dog and Funky Chicken spinnerbaits. I think this might prove to be a pretty sweet set up but am kind of nervous about how much bigger the blades are, like maybe they cover the hooks too much. Does anyone have any thoughts on this subject? I am also thinking about weighting them a bit. I guess my goal is to have something that can run fast a little deeper than say a double ten bucktail but still have the flash and vibration. Let me know what you think.

On a spinner bait make sure they don't roll over with that big blade, if they do add more weight to the head.

you can also shorten the blade arm some if rolling is a problem.

Matt, I did this last year with an Ace Baits' spinner and it worked just fine. Not sure how it will fit/work with the rad-dog and Funky Chicken, but if it works out alright....YOU WILL CATCH FISH.
