For you guys who have used both what is the difference in the action and what is the better lure? The kicking slab looks just like a crappie. It is sweet, but does it work as well as the kickin minnow?

the kickin slab was a big disappointment there isnt much action ...ive had lots of success with the kickin minnow boy they do get tore up pretty easy....but at 5 buck at bps you cant beat them.....just my 2 cents.....

Have not used the kickin slab that much and it seems the bait is more stiff with less action!! Kickin minnow on the other hand is great with the action but if you downsize beware, the 6 inch kickin minnow is great action but if they t-bone it its over!! The plastic in the front is very weak and will break and leave you with the split ring and about 1/4 icnh of the nose of the lure!! As for the 9' or 10' one I haven't had that problem!!

I like the kickin' Minnows as well, although every one I've had doesn't last very long. The front lips always break off. But, like others said for the price you can't go wrong.

The kickin slab has zero action. I was so excited to try it and after about 3 casts put it on the wall of shame. Take the $10 you would have spent on it and buy 2 kickin minnows. That should at least get you 3-4 hours of fishing time.
