| There is no difference. We use the same molder, painter and material. the only difference is the packaging. |

| Sound. New = higher frequency rattle. Old = lower frequency rattle. Didn't believe it until I actually held a new and old one in each hand and shook both (no split rings or hooks). |

| Thanks for the info, I wasn't sure if I was missing out on some major differences as the countdown depthraider is one of my favorite baits to fish. And I see pre-roi raider selling for a pretty penny on ebay.
