Today is the day I dust the front room. I approached the buffet with dust rag in hand.......glanced at the top of it......and promptly gave up. Please note the hat full of hooks on the right.
Anyone have any idea what I can do with all of these stupid things????

Those are true works of art and I think collectors woudl love them. Honestly I think you could sell those on eBay and I bet each one would fetch a very good price! I would not even bother putting the hooks on for picture taking. Just lay two hooks by the lure and let the buyers know they will come with the hooks but it woudl be up to the buyer to put them on. Most guys can do that. You could also offer them here but I think you would make more on eBay. I have seen a few of these (or ones just like them) go on eBay for $40-$60 each. Those are beutiful I wish I had a box full. If you woudl like some free help I woudl be happy to help you out with questions if you go the eBay way. [email protected]

Hahahahaha just noticed the signature, I think you should just put them all in a box and ship them to me. I'll cover the shipping costs................and you could even keep the hooks. Excellent looking lures as always!

I'd sent 2 to each of the posters who have replied so far, you get rid od the problem and yet remain fair. I'd put my two into our regions raffle and try to rig it so I won one of them-hell I'd even pay postage.

Worth a try.

Thanks guys! I needed the laugh. I wrote off 70% of the HOUSE for taxes last year and usally do not mind the lures--BUT sometimes it just gets...well....sometimes they are EVERYWHERE. One day I will snap-LOL- and there WILL be a message posted for free baits--I am sure the moderator will be happy to erase the evidence after they are given away to "needy" fishermen! Jed and I will be in Chicago--he hates to fly so wish me luck!

Just be sure you never let any muskies into that room. You'd probably witness a spectacular feeding frenzy.

I'll be waiting if you ever need to get rid of any. I believe Jed's usual prices are $5 a piece plus free international shipping

Seriously Jed, your paint jobs are just getting better and better. Superb stuff, keep up the good work.

Shawn--I am sorry but there was a frenzy in Chicago--I wanted to bring a few of the customs home--but I turned around and SOMEONE would not meet my eye...I think I convinced him to put the next batch on his page though. Should be 1.5 weeks.
For the record-I had a BLAST in Chicago--what a great bunch of people!
