Be happy w/ bluegills! Actually since JohnMD had a great post, I thought I''d give a list of "must have" ingredients I use + that I believe will startle, strangle or stymy your family/friends!
-Old Mansion Blackened Season- can be used as an ingredient or sprinkled on everything, even grits.
-Louisiana Fish Fry Products, Blackened Season + ESPECIALLY the Crawfish/Crab/Shrimp Boil Mix- the boil can be added to stews, soups, or make a marinade. A little will go a LONG way heat wise!
-Herb Ox Spicy Chicken Bouillon Cubes(plasic jar)- also good in crockpot recipes/cooking bags + is pretty daggone hot; Great just by itself in cold weather in hot water, crumble to dissolve faster.
-Onion/Garlic Powder- Wally Mart usually has a spice section that has cheap plastic jars of this + these can make a Blue Jay taste good!
*** If you can''t find these e-mail me + I can either send them to you or give you a #/dot com to use![:sun:]

*****STEVEN WORRALL----> just realized the CONTEST ENDED YESTERDAY!!! WHO WON??? The multitudes are clammoring for an answer!!!!!
