You're questioning your wife on something she WANTS you to buy FOR FISHING?!!!

I just purchased one (for my wife) for ice fishing....I am sure that when we are out in the boat, that little camera is going to be down in the water a bit when she is with...

I'd get it and try it out... the camera portion of mine came with weights and a fin so it will track straight when moving...

Go for it and see how it works. you've got nothing to lose in this case...

Good Point. My wife is also the one who talked me into a new tuffy. I new I married her for a reason.

I use one a little for muskies, alot for other species and looking over structure.
